Hi, I’m Yen, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is truly passionate about helping people feel seen, heard, and supported. My journey in healthcare began many years ago as a Medication Technician and CNA, where I learned the importance of patience, compassion, and meeting people exactly where they are. I later earned my Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, became a Registered Nurse, and ultimately pursued my calling as a PMHNP.
These experiences have shaped the way I care for others. I understand that every person’s story is unique, and my goal is to walk alongside you with understanding, warmth, and respect. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, depression, or simply seeking a space to feel grounded again, I’m here to support you and your family on your path toward healing and emotional well-being.
Hi! I’m Beidemariam. I work with people who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or major life transitions that make daily life feel heavy or confusing. Maybe you’ve tried handling things on your own, but it still feels hard to find clarity or peace. I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate these challenges.
My name is Dr. Perpetua Ezeh-Aideyan, a Board-Certified Psychiatrist, and I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck. Some have tried therapy or medication before; others are reaching out for the first time. What they truly want is to feel like themselves again—to find peace, clarity, and stability. I’m here to offer compassionate, professional support and to walk alongside them on their path to healing and growth.
I bring 19 years of experience as a registered nurse before becoming a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. My background allows me to treat clients across the lifespan with a well-rounded, compassionate approach. I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations and understand the importance of tailoring care to each individual’s unique needs.
My clients should know that I take a collaborative, evidence-based approach to care. I believe in transparency, communication, and meeting clients where they are. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where progress feels both structured and personalized.
