I believe deeply in the power of connection, healing, and human resilience. I’ve spent over 20 years walking alongside children, adults, and families through some of life’s hardest seasons.
What motivates me the most in this work is how meaningful change and healing can occur when a person feels truly seen, supported, and valued. I’ve witnessed incredible strength in the face of hardship. I’m continually inspired by the courage it takes to show up and do the work. It’s sacred work, and I’m grateful every day to be doing it.
Life isn’t always easy, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. My educational background includes: Bachelor’s in Psychology, Master’s in Performance Psychology, Master’s in Counseling, and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I have experience working with a wide range of presenting problems and truly love what I do!
As a licensed psychotherapist, I am passionate about walking with you into your next breakthrough! I am an avid learner and continue to develop my skills to bring to my clients. I am EMDR trained and certificate-track, and am certified in interpersonal neurobiology. I work with individuals age 5-70yo, couples, and families.
From a client-centered strengths-based orientation, it is my goal to create a safe environment with unconditional positive regard, in which a person can feel welcomed understood, and accepted as their true self, in order to work toward self-realization. I join the client in working to grow their ability to fully experience the present moment, effective management of emotions, fulfilling relationships, and a developed sense of purpose.
I’ve spent my professional life walking alongside people in some of their most vulnerable moments—from infants in early childhood programs to youth in group homes, adults in substance-use recovery, and families involved with CPS. These experiences shaped my belief that everyone has the capacity to heal when they have the opportunity to match with a therapist who can listen, teach, challenge, and support them through it. I am trauma-informed and utilize approaches such as CBT and EMDR to help clients move from survival to restoration and growth. My approach is practical, real, and deeply rooted in lived experience and genuine care for the people I serve.
I am a board-certified nurse practitioner with many years of experience in healthcare, including primary care, psychiatric mental health, leadership, and wellness-based practice. My background has allowed me to work with individuals facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and medical concerns, and I understand how closely mental health and physical health are connected.
I'm so honored that you're here. Informed by my own life experiences and those as a mother, I understand the complexities of family, identity, and change across the lifespan, which has led me to focus my work on those experiencing infertility and with older adults.

If you were curious about my professional background, I am a licensed clinical psychologist with well over a decade of post-graduate experience. I then completed my Masters in Science and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the PAU-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium.

Hi, I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who brings a fun-loving, nerdy vibe to the work I do. I love helping individuals and families understand each other better, and I have a special passion for neurodivergent folks—especially my fellow ADHD adventurers. I’m trauma-informed and not afraid to walk with you into the darker, trickier parts of your story so you don’t have to face them alone. My style is flexible, collaborative, and a little eclectic, pulling from EMDR, CBT, ACT, and family-focused approaches to find whatever actually helps you level up in life.
