My journey to counseling began with a career in sales, where I found myself interested in hearing my buyer's stories and truly taking an interest in their lives. I received my MA in Applied Psychology from NYU and have been working in Private Practice since. I work with adults & older teens (16+) who are experiencing anxiety/depression, self-esteem issues, anger management, and previous trauma. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas.
Please note, I do not accept insurance for couples therapy.
I have almost 20 years of experience working with couples and individuals of all backgrounds. Outside of this, I have quite extensive training in working with healthcare professionals, spirituality, and substance abuse. I hold my masters in both divinity and couple & family therapy, and am trained in postmodern clinical approaches.
I am a professional counselor and a current doctorate student. I have over ten years of experience in the mental health field. I have experience counseling men, women, and children ages 3-17.
Welcome — I’m glad you’re here.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Science degree and over 12 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. My practice is grounded in the belief that every person has a unique story worth understanding and the inner strengths needed to create meaningful change. Whether you’re navigating relational struggles, personal growth, or emotional stress, my goal is to support you in discovering what’s possible and moving toward the life you want.
You don’t have to have everything figured out to be here. Most of the people I work with come in noticing something isn’t working, a pattern that keeps repeating, a relationship that feels stuck, or a version of themselves they’re trying to find their way back to.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling. I work with individuals and couples navigating life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and relational challenges. A lot of the work I do is helping people make sense of patterns that feel overwhelming or impossible to change alone, and building enough steadiness to actually try something different.

Everyone needs a space in which they feel seen, heard and respected. My passion is seeing and helping others discover that growth can come from a place of difficulty. I strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable to truly be yourself!
It's so nice to meet you. I'm Alexandria and I would be honored to walk with you on this journey to being the most full and authentic version of yourself.
I am originally from Louisiana and have been in Houston since 2017. I received my Bachelor's degree from Tulane University and my Master's in Social Work from the University of Houston. I use an eclectic approach to counseling, integrating techniques from CBT, AEDP, ACT, and DBT.
