I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in men's mental health in Jacksonville, FL, and throughout Florida. My practice focuses on adult men aged 30 and older. My male-oriented approach, honed through my training and extensive experience in various settings, including hospitals, inpatient addiction clinics, groups, and private practice, is particularly effective for men seeking to enhance their emotional awareness and expression.
Hi there! I'm Sasha. I have over 13 years of counseling experience, 8 of those years as a licensed mental health counselor, providing support for adults of all ages. I received my Masters of Education in mental health counseling from the University of Miami and since have worked with individuals struggling through depression, anxiety, relational issues, PTSD, addiction, and loss of purpose and motivation.
Relationships are supposed to feel good — and when they don't, it touches everything. Your confidence, your sleep, your sense of self.
I specialize in helping adults work through relationship patterns, dating struggles, heartbreak, and the deeper wounds that make love feel harder than it should. Whether you're navigating a painful breakup, stuck in cycles with partners, or just tired of feeling lonely even when you're not alone — this is a safe place to figure it out.
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience in trauma, attachment, and relational healing. My style is warm and direct — I'll meet you where you are, but I won't let you stay stuck.
Most clients start noticing real shifts within the first few sessions. If you've been thinking about therapy, this is your sign to take the next step.

Hi, I’m Victoria Abinader, a neurodivergent Marriage and Family Therapist (yep — I have ADHD!) who’s deeply passionate about helping others better understand themselves, their relationships, and the systems that shape them.
I hold a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Child Development and a M.A. in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy and my clinical work has been shaped by my own lived experience with mental health, executive dysfunction, and constantly trying to keep up with life.
I have learned through personal life experiences that finding the right counselor is crucial to the healing process. I provide individual and family counseling to adults, adolescents, and children.
I graduated in 2010 with a Masters of Science in Counseling and am currently dual licensed as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified School Counselor in the state of Florida.
I am currently preparing for maternity leave beginning in May. If you think we would be a good fit I can either add you to my waitlist or set you up with one of the clinicians that works for me (who are very similar to me). Do you feel like you have lost your spark and vibrancy? Do you struggle with the expectations of who you should be, never feeling like you are enough? Do you numb your feelings and ignore your hearts desires for comfort, stability, acceptance, and normalcy? That used to be me too! With my own ADHD and Trauma, life has not always been easy. I want to help you overcome the things that are weighing you down and help you actualize your most authentic life.
I completed my undergraduate studies at Florida International University. I obtained a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University and completed both a master’s and doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Albizu University. I gained predoctoral internship training at University of Central Florida and a postdoctoral fellowship at Jackson Health System in affiliation with the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
I am a licensed bilingual therapist who supports individuals struggling with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I place a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care and work collaboratively with clients, meeting them where they are in their healing journey. I have experience working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking, as well as college-aged students navigating early adulthood. I am trained in EMDR, TIR, and ERP, and I tailor these approaches to each client’s unique needs. I have also presented at local, state, and national conferences on mental health and trauma-related topics.
