My name is Caitlin, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor. I treat both mental health and substance use disorders. I am here to be present with you on your journey of growth and exploration!
I specialize and am trained in addressing concerns of anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. I use Motivational Interviewing to meet you where you are in your journey while pulling skills from CBT & DBT to help you in your day-to-day life. Modalities like psychodynamic are used to make connections to your past and to your family of origin in order to deepen your insight into unhelpful patterns and thinking styles.
Sometimes the only way out is through. I am here to walk through the mud with you.
I am Franchesca Ali (DNP, PMHNP-BC), a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing wholistic care to adults. I offer medication management and psychiatric evaluations. My practice specialties include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, OCD, mood disorders, insomnia, peri-partum, college mental health, life transitions, and burn-out. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Columbia University, along with a Psychiatric Certification from Hunter College in New York.
I am an LCSW who loves working with children, teens, parents, and individuals in the LGBTQ+ community.
My work is shaped not just by my training, but by my lived experience. I was once a queer kid with ADHD, so I understand how complicated it can feel to navigate identity, relationships, and mental health, especially when you don’t always feel like you fit in. Because of that, I really value creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel understood.
Therapy can be defined as anything that is done that moves a client toward health and wholeness. Healing requires movement. So, first, we’ll collaborate and determine how you’re stuck in your life. As human beings, we reach out to others for assistance when we’re frustrated and can’t see any options for ourselves in a particular situation. At that point, we’re feeling stuck...with obsessive thoughts or compulsive behaviors, with feelings that we don’t know how to process, or with a partner or job that’s unfulfilling.
Being or feeling stuck is the last place you want to be. Life is about movement...whether it’s backwards, forwards, up or down. Any kind of movement gets you unstuck and involved in the healing process.
Therapy helps you get unstuck and helps you discern and make conscious choices regarding a course of action.
I use a variety of treatment modalities to help you reach your goals depending on your openness and preferences. These include cognitive behavioral therapy, insight oriented therapy, hypnotherapy and past life regression. Together we decide which treatment option is best suited to meet your needs. Sometimes it's one of these options exclusively, other times, it's a combination of modalities.
My style is warm and collaborative. I'm active in sessions and give clients feedback. One of my goals is to give you something to think about in between sessions.
My post graduate degree from Seton Hall is an Ed.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy. I also have a Th.M. in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Princeton Seminary and a M.Div. from the Lutheran Seminary in Philadelphia.
If you have unproductive behaviors, fears, stress or relationship problems, therapy helps. The first move is to reach out for assistance.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Central New Jersey. If you’re struggling, please know you don’t have to face it alone. With over 5years of experience, I’ve worked with adults navigating a wide
range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and other mental health challenges. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel understood, valued, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life Whether you’re looking for relief from overwhelming emotions, navigating a major life transition, or seeking clarity and balance, I’m here to guide and support you. Together,
we’ll uncover your strengths and create a path toward healing and hope.
Healing is a process of reconnecting with your inner wisdom, resilience, and sense of self. As an EMDR therapist, I support adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and self-esteem through a holistic approach that honors the mind, body, and spirit. I identify as spiritual but not religious, and this perspective meaningfully informs my work. I hold space for intuition, personal meaning, and the deeper, less tangible aspects of healing that often go beyond words. EMDR therapy helps resolve root causes of distress, supporting nervous system regulation and relief from long-held emotional burdens. Reiki, energy perspectives, and symbolic frameworks (like tarot and archetypes) shape how I understand patterns and inner guidance but are not a substitute for psychotherapy.
