Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or not like yourself lately? You don’t have to figure it out alone. I’m a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Ivy League trained with experience in outpatient, acute stabilization and consult-liaison psychiatry. I work with adults and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, mood changes, and other mental health challenges that come with stress, illness, or life transitions.
Feeling lost, alone, and unsure of your next steps? Do you feel like past experiences are holding you back or that low self-esteem keeps you from reaching your potential? I specialize in helping adults heal from childhood trauma and build confidence to live the life they deserve. Everything may seem uncertain now; you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we’ll explore what’s standing in your way and create a path toward growth.
Welcome! Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and truly understood. Every person who walks into therapy is different, and I honor that. I work with teens, adults, and older adults navigating life’s challenges—whether it’s managing anxiety, coping with change, building confidence, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again. Some of my clients are high performers or athletes; others are just trying to manage daily stress, relationships, or emotional overwhelm. No matter your story, I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs—drawing from approaches like CBT and strengths-based strategies.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have over 14 years experience in the mental health field working in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings. I’m a trauma-informed therapist who integrates ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and polyvagal techniques. My work is neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQIA+ inclusive. Using an existential lens, we explore the roots of your struggles, build practical tools, regulate your nervous system, and help you create a life that feels meaningful and authentic.
Therapy offers a supportive, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space to explore our experiences, patterns, and the stories we tell ourselves. It’s a place to pause, reflect, make meaning, and begin to create change. I view my role as a therapist as both a mirror and a partner in this change. I help you reflect on your experiences with curiosity and compassion, while supporting you as you move toward the life you want to build.
