It can feel daunting to begin therapy. You may know you are struggling with your relationships, work, or personal fulfillment yet it can feel difficult to seek help. In my practice, I will work with you in a safe space to explore and address the difficulties the prevent you from living a fulfilling life. I utilize eclectic approaches including psychodynamic, relational, existential, and attachment-based theories.
I integrate specialized approaches in my work with folks who identify as Muslim, Middle Eastern, North African, and South Asian. I provide a non-judgmental and safe space for LGBTQ, kink, and poly persons of color in my practice. I have personal and professional experience with acculturation and specialize in providing cross-cultural therapy for biracial/bi-cultural issues.
I work with adults struggling with anxiety, sexual disorders, chronic medical conditions, bereavement, trauma, and relationships.
My multi-cultural experience and approach have taught me that there are many ways to look at the world and oneself. Your life story is unique, and together, we will explore how to bring about desired changes in your life and relationships. I work with trauma, anxiety and life changes, and have experience both in community and hospital settings.

Hi! My name is Estefanie Ceballo. I have been a therapist for over ten years and love what I do. My approach to counseling is to be warm, welcoming, and inviting. I love counseling because it allows me to travel with clients on their journey and listen to their experiences. My goal is to help clients grow, by being present in the moment with them and proving empathic listening.
To listen to another person's story and be a part of the process of their progress is my mission. I have always been curious about human interactions and the story that someone tells. As a psychotherapist, I see that working with the human psyche in the Western world can present challenges. A place where "wellness" is fostered with approaches that seek to eliminate undesired behaviors and thought patterns. Instead I work in a way that welcomes all aspects of you and and your personality. I bring a compassionate and curious approach to facilitating your journey toward understanding yourself more deeply and moving toward change.

Like many of my clients, I’m human first. I’ve had my share of joys and challenges, including growing up as a child of divorce—experiences that deeply shaped who I am and how I show up as a therapist. During my senior year as a Ronald E. McNair scholar, finishing my BFA in Theater, I realized my calling was to help others heal. That moment led me to pursue a Master’s in Social Work, with the dream of one day opening a private practice. Sixteen years later, I’m grateful to do work that feels meaningful, grounded in compassion, and led by lived experience.
I am a dedicated mental health professional with 16 years of experience in working with individuals, couples, & families to ensure they have the treatment and intervention needed to navigate everyday challenges of life & aid them in overcoming emotional obstacles and social hurdles that they face daily
