Hello, I’m Vincent. I am a Licensed Psychoanalyst/Psychotherapist (LP) with a private practice in Manhattan, offering both in-person and telehealth sessions. I bring my own lived experiences and cultural attunement into the room to build a deeply trusting and authentic therapeutic alliance with my clients.
As the therapist, with the convenience of remote therapy, we can seamlessly integrate treatment into your daily life, allowing us to address the specific needs you want to work on.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and knowledgeable space where you feel genuinely seen and heard. I understand that navigating life’s challenges can often feel isolating, even when surrounded by others. That’s why I focus on creating an environment where you can openly explore your thoughts and feelings, ultimately helping to alleviate that sense of loneliness in crowded spaces.
Your comfort is a top priority in our sessions. You should feel empowered to speak freely, knowing that your voice matters. I am here to actively listen and to help you gain clarity on what you’re seeking from therapy. Whether it’s your first time receiving treatment or you’re returning to therapy, our work together will be collaborative, and we will move at a pace that feels right for you.
Exploring what you want to change and why it’s important is a crucial part of the therapeutic process. I invite you to reflect on your goals and consider what areas of your life you’d like to shift or improve. Once you’ve identified those areas, we can develop effective tools and strategies tailored to your specific needs.
My approach is rooted in compassion, practical guidance, and evidence-based techniques that foster growth and resilience. Let’s work together to identify what support looks like for you, clarify what you want to change, and equip you with the tools to make that change sustainable. Your journey is unique, and I’m here to provide guidance every step of the way.
