As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Social Worker, and Board-Certified Dance Movement Therapist, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to having a healthy and successful life. I’ve been counseling for 19 years, but in the last decade, I have shifted my main focus to female clients aged 18 and up who are struggling with anxiety and trauma.
Welcome! I provide individual therapy for college/ graduate students, professionals, and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, crises of meaning, and the deeper questions that arise in times of uncertainty. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected- from themselves, others, or a clear sense of purpose. Our work together explores not just symptom relief, but what it means to live more fully and authentically. Together, we reconnect with your values, develop practical skills for navigating life's challenges, and explore the deeper patterns and past experiences that may be shaping your present.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), dedicated to supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and life challenges. I have experience working with clients navigating PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, family dynamics, and work/life stress, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood.
I bring a calm, steady, and thoughtful presence to the work. Clients often describe me as warm, gently humorous, and intellectually grounded. My practice is shaped by the teachings and wisdom of the Catholic faith, especially its understanding of the human person as a unity of body and soul, created for meaning and made for eternity. I find that many people of faith or traditional backgrounds want a therapist who respects those commitments and won’t dismiss or pathologize them.
I work especially well with anxiety, scrupulosity, family strain, and questions that sit at the crossroads of faith and daily life. I’m not drawn to trends or spiritual fads — I prefer a more timeless, human approach to healing — but clients of any or no religious background are also welcome. Above all, I want you to have a therapeutic space where you feel understood, respected, and able to explore the deeper parts of your story without pressure.
Hello, I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor with a private practice in Utah. I have been in the mental health field for over twenty years. My focus has been treating attachment trauma, adoption issues, complex and dual diagnoses, complex family systems and resulting symptoms and challenges. I am trained in EMDR, DBT and MBSR and am a mindfulness practitioner and teacher.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts with dual graduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania—an M.S.Ed. in Mental Health Services and an M.S.PHL in Professional Counseling. I’m passionate about supporting individuals through challenges related to anxiety, trauma, and relationships. My multicultural background and specialized training in evidence-based practices for emotion regulation and trauma-informed care inform my compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy. I offer evening sessions Mon–Thu for adults after work and after-school sessions for kids/teens, in-person or online.
I create a space where you feel deeply heard and understood — but also gently challenged to grow.
I work with individuals who are ready to move beyond surface-level conversations and truly understand what’s keeping them stuck. As a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish), I bring a culturally sensitive and deeply attuned perspective to our work together. I understand the complexity of navigating identity, relationships, and emotional patterns, especially within diverse cultural contexts.
With over a decade of experience, I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship patterns.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will truly listen — and also guide you toward real, lasting change — we may be a strong fit.
WHO I WORK BEST WITH
I work best with individuals who:
Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed or stuck — and leave with clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.
If you’re ready for that kind of work, I invite you to reach out.
I work best with clients who are ready to invest in their growth and do meaningful inner work.
If you are looking for quick fixes or surface-level conversations, this may not be the right fit.
But if you’re ready for real change, I’m here to support you.
I do Individual, Couples, Family, and Group Therapy. I currently facilitate a Bereavement Group which meets at my Brookline office every Saturday from 2-4pm. I also run groups for substance abuse, depression and anxiety. In addition, I have a lot of experience counseling children of all ages. I am a firm believer in strength-based psychotherapy.
