Dr. Kyle Rundles works with adolescents and adults to address adjustment concerns, anxiety, relationship issues, and other concerns. She is passionate about serving young adults, international students, and trans/nonbinary folks, among others. Kyle is creative in her approach and tailors it to what her clients need. Her style is warm, active, and thoughtful. When clients start therapy, she will work to understand your history and build a strong relationship where you feel safe and heard.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have over 14 years experience in the mental health field working in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings. I’m a trauma-informed therapist who integrates ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and polyvagal techniques. My work is neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQIA+ inclusive.
