I deeply consider how our pasts—our upbringing, our relationships, our support systems—shape the way we experience the world and ourselves. My approach is both grounded and practical, yet gently focused on finding meaningful, real-life solutions. Megan McTeague, MSW, LCSW specializes in working with adolescents, young adults, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Megan offers support for those struggling with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, identity development, self-harm and suicidality, stress management, ADHD, sexuality/gender concerns, life transitions, and more.

I'm Catalina Robles-Ayala, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in New Jersey. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life changes. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 6 years of experience, dedicated to helping people feel understood, supported, and empowered. I graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers with a Master’s in Rehabilitation and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I primarily use CBT, but always tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. I truly believe that with the right support, everyone has the capacity for growth and change.
